JORDAN 4 BLUE

JORDAN 4 BLUE

JORDAN 4 BLUE IS AN ITERATIVE STUDY UTILIZING A MODIFIED VERSION OF THE STANDARDIZED EARTH FOOTWEAR UNIT CLASSIFIED AS "JORDAN 4," FEATURING A BLUE AND BLACK COLORWAY. THIS PROJECT SERVED AS A TEST CASE FOR THE APPLICATION OF 3D SCANNING TECHNOLOGY, FACILITATING THE TRANSITION OF A PHYSICAL OBJECT INTO A DIGITAL REPRESENTATION.

THE PROJECT EXTENDED INTO THE DOMAIN OF AUGMENTED REALITY (AR), GENERATING A REPORT THAT ANALYZED THE INTERACTION BETWEEN SNEAKER CULTURE AND IMMERSIVE TECHNOLOGIES. DATA COLLECTED FROM THIS EXPERIMENT EXPLORES HOW HUMAN-ENGINEERED OBJECTS, SUCH AS FOOTWEAR, CAN FUNCTION WITHIN DIGITAL SPACES, OFFERING INSIGHT INTO THE EVOLUTION OF DESIGN AND USER INTERFACE IN AN INCREASINGLY HYBRID PHYSICAL-DIGITAL ENVIRONMENT.
